For CPOs in France: AFIR compliance and TIRUERT incentive
We would like to inform CPOs operating charging stations in France about two recent initiatives – AFIR and TIRUERT – and how Last Mile Solutions is supporting you to stay compliant.
AFIR (Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation)
As of April 2025, AFIR has required all CPOs, who have public charging stations, to share both static and dynamic location data with the National Access Points. For France, we can share the required location data with QualiCharge, the government entity responsible for collecting the data for the National Access Point.
TIRUERT
TIRUERT is an incentive program for CPOs who have public charging stations in France. Last Mile Solutions can share the required static location data and dynamic session data with QualiCharge.
To do this reporting on your behalf, we need:
- A unique AFIREV operator identifier. This is not the FRLMS operator identifier. With your approval, we can request this code for you from AFIREV, the Association for EV roaming charging services.
- The num_pdl number of each of your DC charging stations in France. This is a 14-digit identification number, which you can find on the invoice of your electricity service provider.
