- CPO reach out to your LMS contact or support@lastmilesolutions.com to request payment terminals and sign contract for card payment processing.
- CPO orders terminals from payment terminal manufactures based on LMS curated list – Supported payment terminal models

- CPO provides LMS with onboarding information via downloadable Payment Terminal Import File
- LMS registers & onboards terminals to corresponding provider
- LMS confirms with CPO once onboarding is completed
- CPO prepare the terminals before installing to CPs
- Initialize terminals
- Insert simcard for each terminal (applied to terminals where you use LMS simcards). For Payter terminals, CPO can order simcards from Payter as part of terminal order
- CPO provides LMS a list of terminal serial numbers and the charge points to which the terminals are attached to.
- LMS connects the payment terminals to charge points as requested by CPO.
- CPO makes a test transaction & installs terminals into charge points on the field.
