How to request rectification of VAT number and/or Address Details

In case the VAT number or the address is incorrect on your invoice, you can request correction via support@lastmilesolutions.com, by filling in the Rectification request form – VAT & Address details.

Instructions

1. Download the Rectification form here
2. Fill in the Client ID and Client name
3. Fill in the old incorrect data, such as VAT number and/or address
4. Fill in the new and correct data
5. Include the list of invoice numbers where the data needs to be corrected in
6. Send the filled in form to support@lastmilesolutions.com
