Currently, scanning the channel QR code generated by EVC-NET only works if the ECQ App is installed.
You can start transaction by scanning the channel QR code via your phone’s camera or ECQ app, or by finding the charge point in the app.
What do you need to get started?
- ECQ App installed on your mobile device
- QR Code of the charge point channel
Scan Channel QR Code
To open the channel details, you can scan the QR code via your phone’s camera or ECQ app.
If ECQ app is not installed, scanning the channel QR code will not work.

- Open your phone camera
- Scan QR Code of the charge point channel
- Charge Point details will open in ECQ App

- Click QR Code icon iin the top right corner
- Scan QR Code of the charge point channel
- Charge Point details will open in ECQ App
Find Charge Point In ECQ App
You can search for charge points in the ECQ app based on (your) location or availability and view the charge point details or start transaction via the app.
- Open the ECQ App
- Search for the charge point on the map or list view
- Click on the charge point
- Select the channel
- Charge Point details will open in ECQ App
