New direct debit service provider for Last Mile Solutions
Last Mile Solutions’ direct debit service provider will be gradually changing.
Going forward, our direct debits will be processed by Twikey and EPBF Services, instead of ABN AMRO. As a result, your customers will see a different bank name appearing as the direct debit collector on their bank statements:
- Twikey communicates the pre-notification of the direct debit and informs when the direct debit was unsuccessful.
- EPBF Services will be visible on the bank notification where Last Mile Solutions’ bank account number is stated.
This does not impact the direct debit payment terms or agreements. You or your customers do not have to take any action.
We are making the change gradually, starting with several customer groups in March. We aim to have all direct debits fully collected by Twikey and EPBF Services before August. We will inform you once the implementation is fully completed.
