Changes to web-app payment fees

We would like to inform you about an update to our pricelist on web-app payment tariffs. With the new tariff structure, the vast majority of the typical charging sessions paid via web-app become cheaper.  

When using the QR code to pay via the web-app, drivers currently pay a €0.75 transaction fee per charging session. As of Monday 3 November 2025, this will be replaced by a 4% fee of the total costs per charging session. The updated prices are shown to the driver before they start charging.

The update is made to comply with the Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR) requirements, as Article 5.3 mandates all payment methods to be equally priced. Therefore, this change will also increase pricing clarity for the drivers.
