Tariff Categories

Start tariff (€ one-time): This represents the initial costs associated with starting a charging session.

Volume tariff (€ per kWh): These are the costs per kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity provided during the charging session.

Connection tariff (€ per minute): These are the costs per minute of time spent connected to the charging station, regardless of whether the session is actively charging or if the station is occupied.

Currently, providers have the option to request a specific tariff by completing the PTM (Products, Tariffs, Margins) form. To ensure accuracy and consistency, providers are required to use the provided CPO (Charge Point Operator) tariff list as a reference when filling out this form. This process helps streamline tariff management and ensures that the requested tariffs align with industry standards and contractual agreements.

Tariff Structure & Margin Distribution

Customer pays

This represents the amount (€) charged to the customer using the charge point. The customer can either be a registered user within the back-office or a third-party customer (when roaming is enabled on the charge point).

Receiver charge transactions receives

This is the amount (€) credited to the customer account associated with a charge point in the ‘Receiver charge transactions’ role. Typically, this serves as a reimbursement for the energy supplied.

Provider receives

This signifies the profit margin (€) earned by the service provider.

Last Mile Solution receives

The remaining margin (€) is received by Last Mile Solutions, with the maximum amount outlined in the contract with Last Mile Solutions.
