  6. You will receive a shipping notice once the cards are shipped to you

Order Charge Cards / Key Fobs From 3rd Party

  1. Request a list of the UIDs from your card supplier before printing
  2. Send the list to support@lastmilesolutions.com with the explanation & request for external IDs
  3. LMS will add the “external IDs” for each UID to the excel list and send it back to you
  4. Get in touch with your card supplier with the list of UIDs and External IDs, to print correct external ID on the card (matching UID and external ID from the list).
  5. Request support to import the list of charge cards (external ID + UID) to the platform and the cards will be available and are ready to be used by your customers.

It is also possible to do it the other way around: request a list of external IDs from us, send it to your card supplier and request to add the matching UIDs to the list, so that we can import those later.

Card standard: MiFARE Classik 1k 7-byte UID (=unique ID) which means that the internal RFID “ID” has at least 14 digits; less than this is not acceptable because it is not guaranteed anymore that the ID is unique.

When you chose the card supplier of your choice it is necessary to align with us before printing the cards because we will create the “external IDs” that will be printed on the charging cards.

The external ID contains of your provider ID and a combination of numbers and letters, e.g. DE-LMS-123456-X, will be printed on the card and is the card identifier for your customers. We have to make sure to import your cards with the right external ID matching the UID of the RFID card.
