How to Change Customer Type

When the customer account is created, as a system user, you can modify the account type from e.g., private user to employee, if needed.

  1. Log in to your EVC-net
  2. Click on Customers > Search
  3. In “Filter”, search for:
    • Search terms > i.e. the name
    • Type > the account type
  4. Click on Customer ID of the account you were searching for, to open the account details
  5. Scroll down to “Customer details” section
  6. Click on Change Customer Type, next to Contract ID
  7. Type > select the account type
  8. Company > from drop down list, choose correct company in case the account type selected is Employee
  9. Click Save.

The existing login details remain the same.
