When the customer account is created, as a system user, you can modify the account type from e.g., private user to employee, if needed.
- Log in to your EVC-net
- Click on Customers > Search
- In “Filter”, search for:
- Search terms > i.e. the name
- Type > the account type
- Click on Customer ID of the account you were searching for, to open the account details
- Scroll down to “Customer details” section
- Click on Change Customer Type, next to Contract ID
- Type > select the account type
- Company > from drop down list, choose correct company in case the account type selected is Employee
- Click Save.
