Grant/Deny System User access to User Groups

In this article you will learn how you can give or deny access to system users to additional user groups.

What do you need to get started?

  • System User account in EVC-net
  • Access to Computer

Grant Access to Additional User Groups

  1. Log in to your EVC-net
  2. Click on Settings > System users
  3. Search for the specific system user
  4. Scroll down to the Access section
  5. In Has No access to section, click on the user group you want to grant the system user access to
  6. Click on Grant access on the right side
  7. The system user now has the access to this user group and it should be visible in the “Has access to” section

You can only grant access to user groups for other system users if you have system user access to these. If you have no other system user access, section “Has NO access to” will be hidden.


Deny Access to User Groups

  1. Log in to your EVC-net
  2. Click on Settings > System users
  3. Search for the specific system user
  4. Scroll down to the Access section
  5. In Has access to section, click on the user group you want to deny the system user access to
  6. Click on Deny access on the right side
  7. The system user now has the access to this user group and it should be visible in the “Has NO access to” section
