This report shows useful performance metrics of all stations belonging to the chosen User Group. Please note that data is calculated based on a station, which usually pertains to multiple EVSEs (or Sockets). Definitions of metrics are explained below:
N = the number of EVSEs (Sockets) belonging to a station.

| First transaction on | Timestamp when the first transaction on this station was registered |
| Number of transactions | Count of transactions that occurred during chosen timeframe |
| Energy (kWh) | Accumulated energy delivered during chosen timeframe |
| Transaction duration | Sum of time (hours:minutes) when sockets were occupied |
| Occupied (%) | Transaction duration / (24 x n) |
| Faulty (%) | Sum of duration when EVSEs status notification = faulted status / 24 x n |
| No communication(%) | Sum of duration EVSEs are disconnected from Websocket / 24 x n |
| Charging while occupied (%) | Occupied time – time that connected cars are fully charged / occupied time. |
