Payment Terminal Return Material Authorization procedure

IIf one of the following situations occur regarding one or more of your Payment Terminal devices or orders,

Defective products within warranty

Defective products outside warranty

Wrongly ordered items

Incorrectly delivered items

The procedure

Fill in the RMA form completely, including a clear description of the problem. After sending the form, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number
Pack the corresponding goods securely and safely in a box and write the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. If the RMA number is missing, we will not accept your package, and it will be returned to the sender
Ship your items to the following address below:

Important information

After receiving the package, LMS will investigate the returned goods.

If a product shows defects that are caused by incorrect use or because of exposure to circumstances for which the product is not suitable (for example, fall or moisture damage), this product will be handled as outside the warranty even though being still in warranty period.

Payment Terminals whose serial number is missing or illegible will not be processed.

If investigation shows that configuration was the cause of malfunction, and the Payment Terminal does not have any defects, the return will be handled outside of warranty and an investigation fee will apply. We advise to always test if performing a factory reset solves your problem before returning to your Payment Terminal.

In case of defective products within the warranty

A replacement Payment Terminal will be sent to you in advance to allow for seamless 1-on-1 replacement.

If the defective Payment Terminal is not returned within 14 days of receiving the replacement unit, the full cost of the replacement terminal will be charged to the client.

The warranty period for replacement products will not be extended; the original warranty period for the returned products will remain in place.

In case of defective products outside the warranty

A quotation will be made if you have indicated this on the RMA form.

If you do not agree with the quotation, you can choose to have the products returned to you.

An investigation fee of €40 excluding VAT and shipping costs will be charged.

A replacement Payment Terminal may be sent in advance to allow for seamless replacement. If the defective Payment Terminal is not returned within 14 days of receiving the replacement unit, the full cost of the replacement terminal will be charged to the client.

Replaced parts or products that you do not want to be returned become the property of Last Mile Solutions.
