How To Request a Receipt for Direct Payment (via QR-code or Payment Terminal)

To request a receipt for charging sessions paid via QR-code or Payment Terminal, please contact our Customer Support team via email invoice@lastmilesolutions.com and provide us with this following information:  

  1. Last 4 digit of your card number (Applied to Visa/Mastercard/Amex card transactions). It is important that you do not send us your whole debit or credit card number. 
    If you used a mobile wallet, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will need to send us the last 4 digits of the Virtual Account Number associated to that card from your Apple or Google device. 
  1. Date of the charging sessions – Note that this is the date when you charged your car and can be a different date than when the payment was added to your bank statement. 
  1. Amount of transactions – Please provide the original amount in the local currency where the charging session took place.
