In this article you will learn how to configure CCV Terminal for Siemens AG – SICHARGE D charging point.
What do you need to get started?
- System User account in EVC-net
- Access to Computer
- Siemens AG – SICHARGE D Charge Point
- Payment CardId Tag Prefix
- This depends on the charger manufacturer/CCV contract/CPO
- Payment terminal auth prefix
Step 1: Update Charge Point
- Log in to your EVC-net
- Click on Charge points > Search
- Search for charge point
- Open the charge point
- Scroll down to “Charge Point data” section
- In Manufacturer’s type: select Siemens AG -SICHARGE D
- In Charge point data/Parameters: select Semens SiCharge Payterminal
- Click on Save
Step 2: Update OCPP Configuration
- Click on Go to parameters
- Click Get parameters
- When configuration is retrieved go to OCPP – Configuration:
- Set PaymentCardIdTagPrefix to requested ID (prefix)
- Set PaymentCurrency to requested currency (EUR)
- Click Select on the right side of the key (turn blue)
- Click “Save and send selected parameters” on the bottom part of the OCPP – configuration panel
- Go to General – Authentication
- Set Payment terminal type to Siemens SICHARGE
- Set Payment terminal auth prefix (empty=none)
- Click Save at the bottom of the page:
Every time a charger with CCV payment terminal is set up, LMS needs to confirm how this prefix is set up at the charger.
The Prefix may differ based on charger manufacturer / your CCV contract / CPO.
