To request a new product, please fill out the latest PTM form (sent by your onboarding specialist) and send it to support@lastmilesolutions.com
You can create a product where you pay for hosting fees yourself (Provider pays) or resell them to your customers (Customer pays) and make profit.
What do you need to get started?
- PTM Form
Step 1: Revise Contractual Details
- Open the LMS PTM Form
- Look at the tab “Contract” to revise the Hosting fees you have agreed on in the contract with LMS, before starting.
- If you find incorrect rates, please reach out to your onboarding specialist or support.
Step 2a: Create Product Paid By Provider (you)
- Click on PTM Form tab in the Excel file
- Go to “Hosting product” section
- Fill in the following details:
- Product Name – make it explanatory
- Choose Payment Mode – Provider Pays, if you are paying for hosting fees (e.g., for your own stations).
- Fill in the Current of the charge station
- Number of sockets per charge station
- Charge station location from the list
- If you offer Helpdesk for this charge station (YES/NO).
Step 2b: Create Product Paid By Customer
- Click on PTM Form tab in the Excel file
- Go to “Hosting product” section
- Fill in the following details:
- Product Name – make it explanatory
- Choose Payment Mode – Customer Pays, if your customer is paying for hosting fees (you are reselling it).
- Fill in the Current of the charge station
- Number of sockets per charge station
- Charge station location from the list
- If you offer Helpdesk for this charge station (YES/NO).
- Define Hosting margin for provider (you) – which is the profit you make by reselling the hosting fee to your customers.
Step 3: Request Product With Support
- Save the Excel file
- Send an email to support@lasmilesolutions.com to request adding products to EVC-net
