How To Change Tariff For Selected Customers

Learn how to set up a specific tariff for a selection of customers, different from the tariff specified in the charge group. The selected customers will pay the custom tariff, whilst all other customers and roaming users will pay the regular tariff.

Step 1: Attach Customers To Charge Group

1. Log in to your EVC-net
2. Click on Charge groups > Search
3. Search the charge groups
4. Open the charge group you want to edit
5. Go to “Customers and Tariffs” section
6. Click on Attach Customer, in “Customers and Tariffs” section
7. Search for the specific customer(s) you want to give access to
8. Click on Customer ID to attach a specific customer

If you want to attach more than one charge point, right click and open in new tab all charge points you want to attach.

Step 2: Give Specific Tariff to Selected Customers

1. Tick the checkbox next to the customer(s) name in the list
2. Click Change tariff of selected customers
3. Select the Tariff
4. Click on Save
